**Birthday child must be under 13 years of age. If you would like to host a party for someone age 13 or older, or another sort of gathering, please see information under “Private Rentals”

* ADDITIONAL RIDERS:  In some situations, you may be able to exceed the maximum rider number by just a few. This must be approved by Carousel staff in advance in order to ensure adequate staffing and would be charged at $5 per additional rider, to be paid in cash to your party host at the time of the party. Prices are not reduced if fewer than 12 riders attend the party.

Your party may be held in the Carousel building party space or outdoors in the Dragon Hollow pavilion during the summer & fall months (weather permitting)

No parties are scheduled prior to 1:45 pm on Saturdays during market season (May-September) or on Out-to-Lunch Wednesdays (June through August)

We are happy to make accommodations when possible. Please ask if you have a special request.

You are welcome to bring in snacks, treats, non alcoholic drinks and simple decorations that may be taped to non mural walls or set on counter/table. Please DO NOT bring glitter, confetti, balloons with glitter or confetti inside or thumbtacks. All balloons must remain in the party room and pinatas may be used outdoors only.

POD Parties

What began as an option to avoid interaction between party riders and the general public during the initial onset of COVID-19, became such a popular party option that we have decided to continue to offer the scheduling of birthday parties before or after our public hours, when you will have the whole Carousel to yourself!

From September – May, you may schedule a Pod Party at 10 am or at 5:45 pm. (The 10 am option is currently unavailable due to staffing shortage)

During the months of June, July and August, POD parties will be offered at 10:00 am and 7:30 pm (no 10:00 am offering on Saturdays or Wednesdays)

A Pod Party is a gathering of people who are already interacting, so their exposure to COVID-19 is not increased by the event. Party hosts are responsible for determining their own and their guests’ adherence to this condition.
