Rentals

Private rentals cost $200 for the first hour, plus $100 for each additional hour, and are scheduled outside the Carousel’s regular operating hours. Your rental can be as simple as a reservation of time for rides for your party or as elaborate as a dinner party with tables set all around the Carousel.  We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

A Carousel private rental is perfect for:

From morning to night, the Carousel is the perfect venue for almost any function.  The building comfortably accomodates 40 people for a sit down meal or up to 150 for a standing reception.  Gates can be removed and tables arranged around the Carousel, which we like to think of as the world’s largest centerpiece, in order to seat greater numbers. We are, however, unable to operate the Carousel when the gates are down.

Your rental includes a crew dedicated to helping to make your event magical.  A public address system is available for brief announcements.  Groups of 14 or fewer can be seated in our party alcove.

You are welcome to engage the caterer of your choice, or you may bring your own food. Our party space includes a small refrigerator, freezer and a sink area. There is no stove/oven/microwave oven. Paper plates, plasticware, and napkins are included.

The inclusion of alcoholic beverages requires an alcohol permit (available from the Carousel) with additional fees and includes alcohol content limitations. Please contact Tracy at the Carousel for more information.
